This website is owned and operated by Jackie Coyle. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use this website and services as offered by me. This website offers visitors hand made, unique mosaics. By accessing or using the website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Image Rights

Jackie Coyle owns the rights to all photography and other visual material on moonagemosaics.com. Reproduction of any material without our permission is forbidden.

Mosaics

My mosaics are all hand made and unique therefore will not be the same as mass-produced items.

Mosaics are made from a variety of materials including glass. Please take care if running hands over the mosaic as sharp edges may remain and cause injury. I cannot be held responsible for any such injury. Mosaics can be very heavy so please hang on a strong hook on a stable wall. I cannot be held responsible for personal injury or property damage caused due to inadequate hanging.

There are things to consider when buying on line rather than in person.

Whilst every effort has been taken to photograph items accurately and from various angles colours and shades of products shown on the website may differ from seeing the item in person. This can depend on many variables, including your monitor display settings, my camera settings, computer type or the light quality in your immediate environment. I have tried to include complete and accurate descriptions but please contact me if you are unsure of the colour, size, shape or finish of an item.

Ordering
Upon receipt of your order, I will send a confirmation email detailing order and payment. A further email will follow confirming dispatch, estimated delivery date, and if Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, a tracking number. I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time. I will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of my withdrawing any product from the website whether or not that product has been sold.

Payment
Payment should be made when ordering.

Prices and stock availability
I reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. I aim to ensure stock information is as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that stock is available. If the product you have ordered is not available, I will contact you by email/phone as appropriate and you will be able cancel your order.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
